GHCL Limited — Updates, 08-05-2025: Press Release

GHCL has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue declined 4% to Rs.807 Cr, but EBITDA rose 22% to Rs.244 Cr and PAT increased 23% to Rs.153 Cr YoY, driven by volume growth and cost optimization. For FY25, revenue fell 6% to Rs.3,273 Cr, while EBITDA grew 7% to Rs.966 Cr and PAT rose 9% to Rs.626 Cr. Expansion continues with Vacuum Salt, Bromine projects, and a new Greenfield Soda Ash plant aiming for FY26 commissioning.
