Britannia Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Britannia has announced a board meeting on 11th August 2025 for its 106th AGM. The board approved audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year, reporting revenue of ₹17,942.67 Cr (+7% YoY) and net profit of ₹2,177.86 Cr (+2% YoY) for FY25. EPS rose to ₹90.45 from ₹88.84 last year. A final dividend of ₹75 per share is proposed. Operating costs increased due to higher material expenses, while exceptional costs included ₹18.51 Cr for a voluntary retirement scheme. The balance sheet remains robust with equity at ₹4,381 Cr and reduced borrowings.
