Intellect has announced a board meeting to grant 7.79 lakh Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to 139 associates under its ISOP 2016 Scheme at Rs. 5 each. Most RSUs vest equally over three years from Year 3 to 5, with 4,000 RSUs vesting over the first four years. After vesting, associates can convert RSUs into shares in full or in parts during the exercise period. This initiative aims to align employee interests with company growth and retention.
