Indiamart Intermesh Limited — JV/Acquisition, 08-05-2025: Acquisition

IndiaMART has announced a board meeting on acquiring Livekeeping Technologies, a SaaS-based accounting software integrator with Rs. 2.35 Cr turnover. Valued at Rs. 26.78 Cr and acquired fully in cash, Livekeeping will be a wholly owned subsidiary. This deal boosts IndiaMART’s product portfolio by adding real-time desktop-to-cloud accounting solutions, reinforcing its position in cloud business software. It supports IndiaMART’s strategy to expand SaaS offerings and increases potential to cross-sell to its SME customer base.
