Larsen & Toubro has announced a board meeting on June 3, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board approved a final dividend of Rs. 34 per share for FY25, up from Rs. 28 last year. Leadership changes include the retirement of Company Secretary Mr. Sivaram Nair and the appointment of Mr. Subramanian Narayan effective May 10. M/s. S. N. Ananthasubramanian & Co. is set to become the new Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.
