Yasho Industries has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4FY25 revenue rose 8% YoY to Rs. 183 Cr, aided by volume growth and 67% export share, with FY25 revenue at Rs. 668 Cr (+13%). EBITDA margin improved to 19% in Q4 and stood at 17% for FY25. PAT was Rs. 5 Cr in Q4 and Rs. 6 Cr for FY25. The Pakhajan facility runs at 50% capacity, targeting 65-70% utilization next year, with exports expanding via a new US warehouse.

Management cites pricing volatility but expects 40-50% revenue growth in FY26 driven by capacity ramp-up, logistics, new products, and value-added offerings. Inventory normalization is expected by September 2025. Planned CAPEX of Rs. 75-100 Cr will focus on capacity and R&D. Gross debt aims to reduce to Rs. 450 Cr. EBITDA margin guidance is conservative at 17-19%, with volume growth and mix improvements key to margin stability. The tone is cautiously optimistic with focus on strategic expansion.
