Goldcoin Health Foods Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total revenue of Rs. 4.10 lakhs for the quarter, up from Rs. 2.14 lakhs in the previous year’s corresponding period, but still recorded a net profit of Rs. 1.21 lakhs compared to a loss previously. For the year, total revenue stood at Rs. 8.74 lakhs with a loss of Rs. 12.21 lakhs, an improvement from an earlier loss of Rs. 32.11 lakhs. The company has also passed a special resolution for reduction of share capital, which is pending regulatory approval. Total equity decreased to Rs. 101.77 lakhs from Rs. 114.01 lakhs, with debt levels slightly down. Cash and cash equivalents improved significantly to Rs. 48.70 lakhs from Rs. 15.30 lakhs, strengthening liquidity.
