Intellect Design Arena Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 09-05-2025: Record Date

Intellect Design Arena has announced a board meeting on May 9 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share plus a special dividend of Rs. 3 per share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The record date for dividend eligibility and AGM is July 18, 2025. Arun Jain is set for re-appointment as MD from August 21, 2025.
