Sutlej Textiles and Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sutlej Textiles has announced a board meeting on 9th May 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue dipped slightly to Rs. 2,676.76 Cr from Rs. 2,703.20 Cr last year. The consolidated net loss narrowed significantly to Rs. 68.40 Cr versus Rs. 135.56 Cr in FY24. EBITDA remains under pressure due to higher input costs and weak demand in yarn and home textiles. Finance costs held steady at Rs. 63.42 Cr. Management also appointed M/s. CSM & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.
