Paisalo Digital has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending March 31, 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹734.83 Cr and net profit of ₹200.12 Cr for FY25, rising from ₹605.04 Cr revenue and ₹178.97 Cr profit in FY24. EPS came in at ₹2.23. The Board proposed a final dividend of 10% (Re 0.10/share). Paisalo also approved issuing Non-Convertible Debentures up to ₹9000 Cr to enhance funding flexibility. Strong collections and cost control supported growth.
