Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shyam Metalics has announced a board meeting outcome approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue jumped to ₹15,137.50 Cr (from ₹13,195.22 Cr YoY) with a PAT of ₹909.26 Cr. A final dividend of ₹2.25 per share was declared, pending shareholder nod. Founding Chairman Mahabir Prasad Agarwal stepped down and became Chairman Emeritus, while Brij Bhushan Agarwal took over as Executive Chairman & MD. The merger of a subsidiary into Shyam Sel & Power Ltd was completed to boost efficiency and capacity.
