Consolidated Q4 revenue rose 4% QoQ to Rs 686 Cr, while FY25 revenue declined 1% YoY to Rs 2,699 Cr. EBITDA jumped 124% QoQ to Rs 16 Cr in Q4, lifting FY25 EBITDA to Rs 65 Cr from last year’s negative base. Improved operational efficiency, cost control, and supply chain agility drove this turnaround. PAT loss narrowed significantly, signaling early recovery.
