Ndr Auto Components Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

NDR Auto Components reported consolidated revenue rising to Rs. 712 Cr, up from Rs. 605 Cr, with profit after tax jumping 38% to Rs. 53.26 Cr. The board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year and declared a final dividend of Rs. 2.75/share (27.5%). M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP will take over as statutory auditors for five years from the next AGM. Three independent directors were re-appointed. A 50:50 JV with Hayashi Telempu, backed by an initial Rs. 33.3 Cr investment, will produce auto components targeting Indian OEMs and exports.
