Ndr Auto Components Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 09-05-2025: Dividend

NDR Auto Components has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year with consolidated revenue rising to Rs. 712.7 Cr and PAT increasing to Rs. 53.26 Cr, compared to last year. EPS stands at Rs. 22.39. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs. 2.75 per share, offering a 27.5% payout on the face value, subject to shareholder approval. Record date is July 3, with payment within 30 days post-AGM. A new 50:50 JV with Hayashi Telempu for auto components manufacturing was also approved, involving an initial investment of about Rs. 33.3 Cr.
