Intellect has announced a board meeting on May 9 to take on record the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenues rose 19% YoY to INR 749 Cr with PAT up 58% to INR 135 Cr. FY25 total income stood at INR 2,577 Cr with PAT at INR 333 Cr. The company secured 9 deals in Q4 and 43 for FY25, driven by growth in its AI-powered Purple Fabric platform and eMACH.ai suite. A multi-year INR 200 Cr deal with a London brokerage targets AI-driven underwriting transformation. Strong cash reserves of INR 1,021 Cr back planned AI investments.
