Ndr Auto Components Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

NDR Auto Components has announced a board meeting on approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to ₹712.7 Cr, with profit after tax jumping to ₹53.26 Cr from ₹38.71 Cr last year. The board approved a final dividend of ₹2.75 per share (27.5%). S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP is appointed as the new statutory auditor for five years, while three independent directors were re-appointed. A 50:50 joint venture with Hayashi Telempu was greenlit, involving an initial ₹33.3 Cr investment to expand innovative auto components production for domestic and export markets.
