Paisalo Digital Limited — Important, 09-05-2025: General Updates

Paisalo Digital reported consolidated net profit of Rs. 200.12 Cr for FY25, up from Rs. 178.97 Cr last year, on total income of Rs. 1,444 Cr. Consolidated assets grew to Rs. 4,954 Cr, driven by loan asset expansion. Equity rose to Rs. 1,445 Cr. The board has announced a meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year and proposed a final dividend of 10% per share. They also approved issuing Non-Convertible Debentures within a borrowing limit of Rs. 9,000 Cr to support growth.
