Ndr Auto Components Limited — Important, 09-05-2025: Arrangements for strategic, technical, manufacturing, or marketing tie up

NDR Auto Components has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year and announced a 50:50 JV with Hayashi Telempu to produce auto components like Ambient Light, Carpet, Dash Inner, Rear Shade, and Tonner Cover for domestic and export markets. The JV, named NDR Hayashi Automotive India Private Limited, will have Rs. 20 Cr authorized capital. NDR will invest around Rs. 33.3 Cr and manage operations, while Hayashi will provide technology, aiming to deliver innovative products to OEMs. Incorporation is expected by October 2025.
