NDR Auto Components has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved a final dividend of 27.5% (Rs. 2.75 per share). It appointed S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP as statutory auditors for five years and Mr. Rupinder Singh Bhatia as Secretarial Auditor. Independent Directors Ms. Shyamla Khera, Ms. Vanita Chhabra, and Ms. Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa secured second terms. The company is forming a 50:50 JV with Hayashi Telempu, investing Rs. 33.3 Cr to target OEM supplies domestically and for exports.
