NDR Auto Components announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 712.7 Cr from Rs. 601.6 Cr, with net profit increasing to Rs. 53.26 Cr (vs. Rs. 38.71 Cr). EPS improved to Rs. 22.39. The board approved a 27.5% dividend (Rs. 2.75/share). A new 50-50 JV with Hayashi Telempu for automotive component manufacturing was greenlit, involving an initial investment of ~Rs. 33.3 Cr. Auditor change and independent director reappointments were also finalized.
