Lloyds Enterprises has announced a board meeting where it approved audited consolidated financial results for FY25, reporting total income of ₹1,570.93 Cr and net profit of ₹123.38 Cr. Engineering and steel divisions delivered solid growth. A final dividend of ₹0.10 per share is proposed. The board re-appointed R.D. Nagvekar & Co. as internal auditors and brought on Mitesh J.
