Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Gillanders Arbuthnot has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025. The group posted consolidated revenue of Rs. 443 Cr and profit before tax of Rs. 25 Cr, bouncing back from last year’s loss. While the Tea division continues to struggle, the Engineering (MICCO) segment delivered strong profits and revenue growth. Dividends on 7.75% cumulative preference shares for FY 2016-17 and 2017-18 have been proposed. The Board also approved the reappointment of auditors JKVS & Co. and appointed new secretarial and internal auditors.
