Smartlink Holdings Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Smartlink Holdings has announced a board meeting outcome approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 226.44 Cr from Rs. 209.94 Cr last year, while profit after tax slipped to Rs. 6.61 Cr versus Rs. 7.06 Cr previously. The company completed its merger with wholly owned subsidiary Synegra EMS, effective January 31, 2025, and adjusted prior figures accordingly. It also revised its business focus toward manufacturing and servicing networking and IT products. Internal and secretarial auditors were reappointed for FY2025-26 with a clean audit opinion.
