SERA INVESTMENTS & FINANCE INDIA LIMITED has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year, with an unmodified auditor’s opinion. Mr. Amar Bahadur Rajpurohit was appointed as Interim CEO and Additional Director, while Mr. Bharat Balachandran resigned as Independent Director. Mr. Pankaj Sharma was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. M K Samdani & Co was appointed as the secretarial auditor for 2024-25. The company allotted 4.93 lakh equity shares at Rs.13.50 each on conversion of warrants to a non-promoter investor. Board committees were also reconstituted, and there was approval for revision in remuneration of an executive director.
