SERA INVESTMENTS & FINANCE INDIA LIMITED has announced a board meeting outcome: approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with the auditor’s report giving an unmodified opinion. Mr. Amar Bahadur Rajpurohit has been appointed as Interim CEO and Additional Director, while Mr. Bharat Balachandran resigned as Independent Director. Mr. Pankaj Sharma joins as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. M K Samdani & Co has been appointed as secretarial auditor for 2024-25. The company allotted 4.93 lakh equity shares at Rs.13.50 each on conversion of warrants to a non-promoter investor. Board committees were reconstituted and revision in remuneration of Mr. Sagar Samir Shah was approved, subject to approvals.
