Shekon Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year, ending March 31, 2025, with an unmodified audit opinion. The company declared a dividend of Rs. 1.00 (10%) per share for FY 2024-25. It appointed Messrs S N Kollur & Co. and Messrs TR Chaddha & Co. as internal auditors for FY 2025-26 and FY 2024-25, respectively, while Mr. Parameshwar Ganpati Bhat was appointed as secretarial auditor for FY 2025-26. Mr. Vishwanath Bhat was appointed cost auditor for FY 2025-26, replacing the outgoing secretarial auditor. The Executive Chairman is authorized to convene the 45th AGM and decide related dates.
