Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Cholamandalam Financial Holdings has announced a board meeting on May 9, 2025, approving audited consolidated results for FY25. Consolidated total income grew 28% YoY to ₹33,460 Cr, with PAT up 23% to ₹4,740 Cr. CIFCL boosted Q4 disbursements 7% YoY to ₹26,417 Cr and delivered PAT of ₹4,259 Cr (+24%). Insurance arm CMSGICL’s gross written premium rose 14% to ₹8,564 Cr, with PAT up 10% to ₹484 Cr. AUM surged 30% to ₹1.99 lakh Cr, driving strong earnings across financing and insurance. Final dividend set at ₹1.30/share (130%).
