Bharat Forge has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone revenue held steady at Rs.2,163 Cr in Q4 with a 29.1% EBITDA margin, up 100 bps QoQ, while FY25 revenue reached Rs.8,844 Cr with margin expansion to 28.5%. Consolidated revenue slipped 3.6% YoY to Rs.15,123 Cr but EBITDA margin improved 180 bps to 18.2%. New orders hit Rs.6,959 Cr, including Rs.5,000 Cr from defense, which grew 15-20%. US operations turned profitable, Europe aluminum stabilized, and aerospace exports expanded. E-mobility and electronics manufacturing show promising ramp-ups ahead.
