Grindwell Norton Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 09-05-2025: Dividend

Grindwell Norton has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹17 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Shareholders holding shares on the record date of July 15 will be eligible, with payments expected from July 29. On leadership, the CFO, Mr. Hari Singudasu, has resigned from the CFO role but continues as Executive Director, and Mr. Prakash Sabarad is appointed the new CFO. Ms. Stephanie Billet joins as Additional Non-Executive Director.
