Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Limited has announced a strategic MOU with RVKP Services LLP, a well-established education and training organization with over 700 centers across Rajasthan. Under this collaboration, RVKP will promote and facilitate enrolment for the Company’s fintech academic courses through its extensive network. This partnership aims to enhance Sodhani’s reach and footprint in the education and skill development sector, supporting its growth and presence in the fintech education market. RVKP is not a related party, and the MOU is non-exclusive with commercial terms to be decided separately.
