Intellect Design Arena Limited — Others, 09-05-2025: Change in Management

Intellect Design Arena has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated results for the year ended March 31, 2025, reporting consolidated revenue of Rs. 2,577 Cr and PAT of Rs. 346 Cr, showing stable growth. A final dividend of Rs. 4 and a special dividend of Rs. 3 per share have been proposed, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Arun Jain is proposed for re-appointment as Managing Director for five years. M/s Capri Assurance and Advisory Services has been appointed internal auditors for two years from April 2025.
