Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dr. Reddy's has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenues grew 17% YoY to Rs 32,554 Cr, fueled by strong Global Generics (+18%) and Pharmaceutical Services (+14%). Profit before tax rose 7% to Rs 767.8 Cr, while net profit edged up 2% to Rs 565.4 Cr. A final dividend of Rs 8 per share was declared. The Nicotine Replacement Therapy business from Haleon is now fully integrated. The company launched 26 new products globally in Q4 and expanded biosimilar partnerships. G.V. Prasad was re-appointed Co-Chairman & MD for five years.
