Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited — Updates, 09-05-2025: Press Release

Cholamandalam Financial Holdings has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated total income rose 26% QoQ to Rs.9,009 Cr, with PAT up 19% to Rs.1,362 Cr. For the year, total income increased 28% to Rs.33,460 Cr and PAT grew 23% to Rs.4,740 Cr. CIFCL’s disbursements rose 7%, AUM jumped 30% to Rs.1.99 lakh Cr, while the general insurance segment reported 14% GWP growth and 10% PAT growth. A final dividend of Rs.1.30 per share is proposed.
