Bank of India has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Global advances grew 14% YoY to over ₹6 lakh crore, driven by strong retail (20%) and MSME (18%) loan growth. Deposits increased 11% YoY, with a stable CASA ratio at 40%. Operating profit rose 17% YoY to ₹16,412 Cr, while net profit surged 46% YoY to ₹19,219 Cr. Asset quality improved with GNPA at 3.27% and PCR at 92%. Capital adequacy ratio strengthened to 17.77%. Digital transactions now represent 96% of total volume.
