Puravankara has entered a joint venture to develop a 24.59-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru with an estimated GDV exceeding INR 3,300 Cr, covering about 3.48 million sq. ft. of saleable area, expected to launch within six months. The project leverages strong demand and key infrastructure proximity. Mr. Mallanna Sasalu, with over 32 years in real estate and current leadership at Provident Housing, has been appointed CEO-South, pending board approval. Mr. Abhishek Kapoor has resigned as Executive Director and Group CEO.
