Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose 17% YoY to Rs. 32,554 Cr, led by Global Generics and Pharma Services. Profit before tax grew 7% to Rs. 7,678 Cr, while net profit edged up 2% to Rs. 5,654 Cr. The board approved a final dividend of Rs. 8/share. Highlights include integrating the Nicotine Replacement Therapy portfolio from Haleon, strong new product launches in the US and Europe, and expanding the Nestlé nutraceutical partnership. Co-Chairman G.V. Prasad was re-appointed for five years starting 2026.
