Puravankara has formed a joint venture to develop a 24.59-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru, aiming for a project with a Gross Development Value of over INR 3,300 Cr and approximately 3.48 million sq. ft. of saleable area. The development, benefiting from strong demand and proximity to the airport, is slated for launch within six months. Leadership shifts include the appointment of real estate veteran Mr. Mallanna Sasalu as CEO-South, while Executive Director and Group CEO Mr. Abhishek Kapoor has resigned, effective immediately.
