Indokem Limited has announced a board meeting approving key leadership changes. Mr. Mukund Nagpurkar has been re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26, bringing over 30 years of finance experience. Ms. Rupal B. Parikh resigned as Chief Financial Officer to pursue a different role within the company. Mr. Sivarama G., a finance professional with 28 years of global experience in textiles and garments, has been appointed as the new CFO. Additionally, Mr. Rahul Singh is set to be re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
