Puravankara Group has announced a joint venture to develop a 24.59-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru, targeting a GDV above INR 3,300 Cr with around 3.48 million sq. ft. of saleable area. The project is positioned to capitalize on strong demand and its proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, with a launch planned within six months. Leadership changes include Mr. Mallanna Sasalu, a real estate veteran with 32 years of experience, appointed as CEO-South pending approvals, while Executive Director and Group CEO Mr. Abhishek Kapoor has resigned effective immediately.
