Jaykay Enterprises Ltd — Updates, 09-05-2025: Company Update

Jaykay Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary, JK Digital & Advance Systems, has announced a board meeting on the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Neuro-Engineering Lab at AIIMS, New Delhi. The MoU establishes a collaboration to develop neurosurgical instruments through design, prototyping, and validation. JK Digital will manufacture these instruments using metal 3D printing and precision machining based on AIIMS’s technical specifications. This partnership could enhance Jaykay's presence in the medical device manufacturing space, potentially opening new business avenues and technological capabilities.
