Manappuram Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Manappuram Finance has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (face value Rs. 2). It plans to invest up to Rs. 500 Cr in compulsory convertible preference shares of its subsidiary, Asirvad Micro Finance. The board approved revised pay packages for MD Nandakumar V P and ED Dr. Sumita Nandan, subject to shareholder nod. KSR & Co LLP is appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending AGM approval.
