Rungta Irrigation Ltd — Updates, 09-05-2025: Company Update

Rungta Irrigation Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total revenue of Rs. 221.35 Cr and profit after tax of Rs. 6.22 Cr for the full year. Basic EPS stood at Rs. 3.12. It appointed Mr. Subhash Kataria as Internal Auditor and M/s S. Shekhar & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. Additionally, Rungta entered into an unsecured loan agreement of up to Rs. 20 Cr with related party Gladiolus Finance Consultants to support working capital needs. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the audited results.
