Dr. Reddy’s has formed a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary in Vietnam to focus on marketing, sales, and promotion of medical devices and healthcare products. This move expands the company’s footprint in Southeast Asia and aligns with its core pharmaceutical and healthcare business. The subsidiary is yet to start operations and has an authorized share capital of 12.69 billion VND.
