Birla Corporation Limited — Important, 09-05-2025: Capacity addition

Birla Corporation Limited plans to expand capacity with a greenfield cement grinding unit of 2.8 MTPA at Gaya, Bihar. The phased rollout includes 1.4 MTPA by Q4 FY27 and an additional 1.4 MTPA by Q4 FY29, supported by an ₹860 crore investment funded via debt and internal accruals. This move is targeted at strengthening the company’s growth capacity in the coming years.
