Asahi Songwon Colors has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 consolidated revenue rose 14% QoQ to ₹152.75 Cr, with EBITDA up 44% QoQ at ₹17.06 Cr and margins improving to 11.17%. Net profit jumped nearly 200% QoQ to ₹6.87 Cr. For FY25, revenue increased 32% YoY to ₹562.36 Cr, EBITDA more than doubled to ₹56.17 Cr, and net profit rose 7.8% to ₹16.86 Cr. The company is focusing on scaling pigment and API businesses while reducing net debt to ~₹161 Cr.
