Thermax Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 09-05-2025: Dividend

Thermax has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose 12% QoQ to Rs. 3,085 Cr with PAT up 10% at Rs. 206 Cr. Standalone PAT jumped 113% to Rs. 275 Cr, aided by a Rs. 94 Cr reversal of impairment. FY 2024-25 consolidated revenue grew 11% YoY to Rs. 10,389 Cr, while PAT dipped 2% to Rs. 627 Cr. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs. 14 per share, payable to shareholders on record as of July 4, 2025, pending approval. Leadership appointments include Mr. Harsh Mariwala as Lead Independent Director and renewal of MD & CEO’s term.
