Thermax Limited — Others, 09-05-2025: Change in Auditors

Thermax has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a 700% dividend of Rs. 14 per equity share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Harsh Mariwala has been appointed as Lead Independent Director. Auditor changes include M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co as Secretarial Auditors and Mr. Tushar Dahale replacing Mr. Satish Jayaram as Chief Internal Auditor. Mr. Ashish Bhandari has been re-appointed Managing Director and CEO for five years from September 1, 2025. These updates strengthen Thermax’s leadership and governance.
