Novartis India Limited has announced a board meeting on May 9, 2025, where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, reporting revenue of ₹3,563 million and a profit after tax of ₹1,009 million for the year. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹25 per share (face value ₹5 each), subject to shareholder approval.
