Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd. has announced a board meeting on May 9, 2025, approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a strong PAT of Rs.103.81 Cr, up from Rs.91.11 Cr last year, with a net profit margin of 41.26% and EPS of Rs.11.21. A dividend of Rs.3 per share (30%) has been proposed. The company also plans to raise up to Rs.1000 Cr through loans or bonds and appointed M/s C J S Nanda & Associates as internal auditors for FY 2025-26.
