Tourism Finance Corporation of India Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 103.81 Cr from Rs. 91.11 Cr, driven by total income of Rs. 260 Cr. The board proposed a dividend of Rs. 3 per share (30%). It plans to raise up to Rs. 1000 Cr through loans or bonds. Capital adequacy improved to 69.7%, while gross NPA stood at 3.22%. New internal auditors appointed for FY 2025-26.
